LifePad - Trainer

The LifePad is remarkably easy to use, featuring large pictorial instructions directly on the device. Simply pull the battery strip to activate the acoustic rhythm signal, which guides you to the correct compression frequency of 100 beats per minute. Made from a flexible material with clear markings for correct placement of hands and a raised surface to ensure proper hand positioning.

Its intelligent feedback system offers both visual and acoustic guidance. Coloured LED lights indicate when the optimal compression depth is achieved, too green LED is correct rate and depth, with audio metronome for rhythm. Compact and portable at A5 size (21cm x 16cm), it can be easily stored in a car, rucksack, dive bag, or at home for immediate access.
