Physical - Lapsed membership card

BSAC nationally awarded qualifications include a digital certification in your MyBSAC record.

Use this form to order physical qualification cards to replace lost cards or if you are an expired member. Once you have completed the required data in the qualification form  please add the instructor name and their instructor number at the foot of the form. BSAC HQ will then verify that you have completed the course from your MyBSAC record. If you have proof of your qualification scan in and upload the image.

The physical qualification card will then be posted to you in due course.
